February 13, 2008:
Elimination finalists orientation @3pm
Giving of schedules and other requirements

February 16, 2008:
Band Rehearsals at 2pm

February 18, 2008:
Band call time @ 12noon
Band rehearsal with 1st contestant @ 12noon
Band rehearsal with 2nd contestant @ 130pm
Band rehearsal with 3rd contestant @ 3pm
Band rehearsal with 4th contestant @ 430pm
Band rehearsal with 5th contestant @ 6pm
Band rehearsal with 6th contestant @ 730pm

February 19, 2008:
Band call time @ 12noon
Band rehearsal with 7th contestant @ 12noon
Band rehearsal with 8th contestant @ 130pm
Band rehearsal with 9th contestant @ 3pm
Band rehearsal with 10th contestant @ 430pm
Band rehearsal with 11th contestant @ 6pm

February 20, 2008:
Band and contestants call time @ 1pm for the opening song number
Review contestant’s songs @ 3pm

February 21, 2008:
Stage Rehearsals – 2 to 5pm (Contestants call @ 130pm)
Band rehearsals – call at 2pm

February 22, 2008:
TDR at stage– 2 to 5pm – call time for band & contestants @ 1:30pm

February 23, 2008:
Event Proper @ 3pm
Call time:
TV staff and Suppliers – February 22 (Friday) @ 10pm
Technical Staff (Over Night – Lighting, Batten and PA’s)
Stage Staff @ 11am
Hosts, Contestants and Performers @ 12pm
Judges @ 130pm
